Account Information
How can I get Wholesale access?
Click "Become a Wholesaler" link. You will need a Seller Permit, Business License, State Certification, and/or Federal Tax ID to sign up.
I already registered but I still cannot access the website?
After submitting your application and requested documents, our team needs to review your information. This usually takes 1-2 business days. After verifying your information, we will grant you access to our wholesale store. If you have not been granted access within 3 business days, please contact us at (918) 313-0200 or admin@nuggles.us
Why is verification needed for access?
Our wholesale website has significant discounts for our wholesale customers. This access is strictly for our wholesale customers.
Can I change my login credentials?
To change your user name, select your profile icon in the top right corner and select "profile". Click the blue pencil next to your name. You will be able to change the email address that is used for log in.
Log in credentials are typically sent as a 6-digit code to your email or phone.

How can I change my member information?
Sign-up member information can not be changed on the user interface. Please contact our customer service with requests to change your billing address, phone number, or company contact at (918) 313-0200 or email us at admin@nuggles.us
Will my personal information be shared with other companies?
We may share limited personal information with third parties, such as advertising partners, to show you ads that are more relevant to your interests and improve your experience. This type of sharing may be considered “selling” or “sharing” of personal data under some state privacy laws. You can opt out of this at any time by clicking “Opt Out” on our site or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.
Can I use the images on the website?
Customers may only use the images they have purchased. Using images outside of your purchase is not allowed and may result in a request to remove any unlicensed images.
Can I join the Nuggles® Cozy Circle Rewards Program with my Wholesale account?
Wholesale accounts are not eligible for the Cozy Circle Rewards Program and can not use discounts or promos.
Help, my account access expired?
Wholesale accounts expire after one (1) year of non-activity. Please resubmit your application using our sign up form or contact our customer service at (918) 313-0200 or email us at admin@nuggles.us
Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! In some limited instances, we are able to cancel orders IF they are not shipped or fulfilled.
However, if you have already received a notification that your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are NOT able to cancel it.
Why did my items disappear from my cart?
Once an item is added to your cart, it is reserved for 5 minutes. If checkout is not completed within this time frame, the items will remain in the cart for 14 days unless they sell out. In this case, items will disappear from the cart and no longer be available to purchase.
Where are size charts located?
Please refer to the individual size charts located under each product "size guide". Additionally, please refer to this page for help with obtaining your measurements.
How can I return my order?
Wholesale purchase are not eligible for returns. Our full return policy can be found here.
What if the item I purchased is defective or damaged?
On occasion, a defective or damaged item may be shipped out to our customers.
Note: Please contact customer service within five (5) days of delivery via email stating you received a defective item with a picture/s of the defective area attached. Once approved we will proceed with the options below.
In the event that your item is damaged or defective AND is UNWASHED AND UNWORN, 'NUGGLES will either 1) send you a return shipping label to send the defective item back to our warehouse AND will send you a new non-defective item. Or 2) 'NUGGLES may allow you to keep the defective item AND send you a new non-defective item. 'NUGGLES reserves the right of choice for how defective items will be handled.
In the event that the item is sold out, 'NUGGLES will assess customers preference for another product OR they will issue a store credit for the amount of the defective item.
Can I use retail discounts and free shipping?
No. Retail discounts, coupon codes, and free shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale accounts.
Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?
At this time we do not offer wholesale to international customers. If you are international and would like to purchase, please contact us.
Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
No. Shipping charges are assigned to each order.
My package is LOST!
On occassion, shipments will get lost in transit to their destination. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the package. Please visit our Lost Packages page for more info.
We strongly encourage the purchase of additional shipping insurance.
Can I purchase additional shipping insurance?
Yes! We recommend that all orders over $200 purchase additional shipping insurance. To add additional insurance, please click here.
