Order Processing & Cutoff Time

Wholesale orders placed before 8 AM CST on a business day are eligible for same-day shipping, provided inventory is available and shipping labels are processed in time.

Orders placed after 8 AM CST will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or as business scales, processing may require an extra 1 – 2 business days; we will notify wholesale customers in advance of any processing delays.
Shipping Carriers & Methods

We offer USPS and UPS as shipping options for your wholesale orders.

When placing your order, you may select which carrier method you prefer (e.g. USPS Advantage, UPS Ground, UPS Expedited).

Shipping fees are calculated based on carrier rates, package dimensions, weight, and declared value (if applicable).
Insurance & Liability / Declared Value

All shipments sent via UPS or USPS include up to $200 of insurance coverage through our Shopify ShipInsurance subscription.

If your order value exceeds $200, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage.To add coverage, please select the appropriate insurance amount here and add it to your cart.
If additional coverage is not purchased, Nuggles® is not liable for loss, damage, or theft beyond the carrier’s included insurance. In some cases, we may be able to add coverage after checkout, but this is not guaranteed. Once a shipment confirmation has been issued, no additional coverage can be added. Please select the correct amount of insurance for your order total, as we cannot reimburse coverage purchased above your cart subtotal.
Damage / Loss Claims / Reporting

Any damage, loss, or shortage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery to qualify for a claim or resolution.

The customer must cooperate in filing any carrier or insurer claims (e.g. provide photos, packaging, invoice).

We reserve the right to deny claims if proper documentation or cooperation is not provided.
Returns / Undeliverables

We are not responsible for shipments returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery, unless additional insurance coverage was purchased.

Return shipping costs for undeliverables or customer cancellations will be charged back to the customer.
Amendments & Exceptions

We reserve the right to modify processing times or shipping terms with written notice to wholesale partners.
