All wholesale sales are final. Due to the deeply discounted pricing offered to our wholesale partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported by email within (five (5) business days of receipt, otherwise claim will not be honored. Replacement items or account credits will only be issued for verified defective or incorrect merchandise.
Returns for reasons other than product defect or order error are not accepted. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Cancellations:
Order cancellations must be requested by email. No cancellations are accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable.
By placing a wholesale order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
