NUGGLES® MSRP / MAP POLICY

To maintain the integrity and value of the Nuggles® brand, all authorized wholesale partners are required to adhere to the following pricing guidelines:

Minimum Pricing

• Products must be sold at or above our Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), which is at least double the wholesale cost.
• This ensures consistent pricing and fair competition across all sales channels.

Markdown Restrictions

• Nuggles® products may not be discounted or marked down within the first 30 days of receiving inventory, except as part of a legitimate storewide promotion (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday).

Policy Enforcement

• Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in revocation of wholesale privileges and suspension of future orders.

We implement this policy to protect the long-term value of our brand and to support fair market practices among all Nuggles® retail partners. Our goal is to ensure a level playing field for legitimate retailers while preventing resellers or buy-in groups from devaluing our products.
