Nuggles® Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Nuggles® gift cards are redeemable for merchandise purchased online at nuggles.us or in person at participating Nuggles® locations. By purchasing, using, or accepting a Nuggles® gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Redemption & Use
- Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases of Nuggles® products.
- They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, pay for wholesale orders, or applied to previous purchases.
- If your order total exceeds the card value, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.
2. Expiration & Fees
- Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
- No service fees or inactivity fees will be charged.
- Unused balances after 5 years will be forfeited as permitted by law.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
- Treat your gift card like cash.
- Nuggles® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or for unauthorized use.
- Cards cannot be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
4. Checking Your Balance
- Check your balance anytime at checkout or by calling customer service at 918-313-0200.
- Balances are updated automatically after each transaction.
5. Refunds & Returns
- All sales of gift cards are final.
- Items purchased with a gift card and returned will be refunded to store credit, in accordance with Nuggles® standard return policy.
6. Issuer & Contact
Gift cards are issued by Nuggles®, a division of Rodgers Manufacturing LLC.
