To return an item from a location OUTSIDE the U.S., customer must contact our Customer Service Team and request a return (only if request meets return parameters listed below).

Upon approval from Customer Service, customer is responsible for shipment of item back through whatever shipping carrier the customer chooses.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen before they arrive in our warehouse. We strongly encourage the purchase of shipping insurance through shipping carrier.

Returns outside the U.S. are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our store return policy, found here.
