- Customer agrees to provide and pay for the return shipping label back to our Return Warehouse location at P.O. Box 137, Kiefer, Oklahoma 74041.
- Customer agrees to package the return items with care in the appropriate shipping packaging.
- Customer agrees that their item meets all the return parameters and has initiated and received return request approval.
- Customer assumes responsibility for their package while it is in transit to our Return Warehouse location. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. NUGGLES assumes no responsibility for items lost by the shipping carrier in transit.
