Holiday Return & Shipping Policy
Items purchased during Black Friday through End of Year, will be eligible for returns through January 31st. Return request must be received prior to Midnight CST on January 31, 2023.
Items must still meet our normal return parameters.
- In original clear poly liner.
- With tags STILL attached.
- Free of pet dander/hair
- Free of body odor & sweat
- Free of perfume
- Free of deodorant
Items NOT eligible for returns (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Items purchased on clearance
- Items purchased as a mystery bundle
- Items purchased during an event, conference, popup or party
- Items purchased as part of a wholesale or group order
- Gift cards

Our system does not allow for exceptions. If you have a return that the system is flagging outside the return period AND you meet ALL of the above parameters, please contact us here!
Due to a larger volume of orders during the Holiday Season, some order processing delays may be experienced.
Additionally, we have no control over the package once it leaves our warehouse. Please take into consideration any announcements or communicated shipping delays from selected carriers.
For orders within the continental U.S. — the last day of guaranteed shipping to receive before Christmas is December 16, 2022 (before 8AM-CST).
