Introducing a new skirt to the Nuggles Collection, our Vivian Velvet Skirt. It is made of a soft velvet fabric. It features a straight cut before flaring out to a single bias cut ruffle. With an elastic waistband (the same as our Classic skirts), soft fabric, and flattering fit, we think you too will fall in love with this classic piece.
