  • Customer MUST complete the "Return Request Form" within 7 days of original purchase date. Any item that is returned without submitting a return request will be shipped back at sender's expense.
  • Customer will receive a confirmation number within 2 business days. Confirmation number MUST be included with returned item(s).
  • Item(s) MUST be returned to the address listed below within 7 days of receiving confirmation number. Customer Return Form MUST be included with returned item(s). Click HERE to download return form.
  • Tracking information MUST be provided. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges UNLESS 1) item is defective, 2) wrong item was sent, or 3) if item was delivered in error. 'NUGGLES is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN: Once item has been received, a store credit will be issued. A refund will only be issued in the event that an item is defective. Please allow 1-3 business days for return/credit to be processed.

EXCHANGE: In lieu of an exchange, a store credit will be issued for the purchase of new item. Stock of exchange items cannot be guaranteed. Items cannot be held.
