What are your Tulsa store hours, and where are you located?

Our store is located inside The Market at Walnut Creek at 8281 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74137. Hours of operation are as follows:

  • Monday – Wednesday         10AM – 6PM
  • Thursday                             10AM – 8PM
  • Friday – Saturday                10AM – 6PM
  • Sunday                                 1PM – 6PM

We do not have a ‘NUGGLES representative on location. Market employees cannot offer exchanges, refunds, or returns. In addition, coupon codes and gift certificates cannot be used at this location. All sales final. No exceptions.

Can you pull an item that I want from the Market, your store location?

No. We stock our local shop specifically for local sales.

Do you have number I can call?

Please call/text 918-313-0200 to speak with a ‘NUGGLES representative. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 10AM to 3PM.

Do I have to use my entire store credit/gift certificate at once?

Yes. All gift certificates, store credits, and coupon codes are intended for one time use. An additional credit will not be issued for the remaining balance.

Why did I receive a refund for the item I purchased?

On occasion, an inventory discrepancy has been discovered after an order has been received. If a refund is issued, it is likely that the product you purchased was out of stock at time of purchase. Inventory is recounted on a regular basis to guard against issues such as this. However, technical glitches, human error, and other factors may result in a rare discrepancy. We apologize for any trouble along these lines.

My item doesn’t work for me. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns. A store credit will be issued for all returned items.

All available styles and sizes are listed on our website. Inventory is updated on a regular basis; therefore, if a specific size is not showing available, then the item is out of stock.

I’m trying to purchase a certain item but it is no longer showing available?

If an item is not listed on our website (or shows unavailable), then the item is no longer in stock.

Your website shows you have (fill in the blank) available but when I try to add (fill in the blank) to my cart it says out of stock?

Sometimes the website has not had time to refresh; therefore, the product still shows available. Unfortunately, the item is out of stock.

When is your next sale?

Sales will be announced via Instagram, Facebook, and email (scroll to the bottom of the screen to sign up).

When will you have new items available? Will you be restocking (fill in blank) item?

We work overtime to produce beautiful, fresh items several times a year. During this time, popular items are often restocked.

There is not a specific timetable for when items will be restocked or for when new inventory will be added to the website.

Once a shipment is received, measurements and photos will be gathered for the website. This can take several days. Other times, we are able to release new items fairly quickly. Check back often or follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook for news about upcoming items. Email notifications will also be sent to those who are on the ‘NUGGLES mailing list.

Do you make any exceptions for returns of sale/clearance items?

Sale/clearance items are NOT eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.
